WASHINGTON — Today, Representative Seth Moulton (D-MA) and Senator Mark Kelly (D-AZ) announced that the Senate passed the Fiscal Year 2022 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) that included the Brandon Act, legislation named in honor of fallen United States Navy Petty Officer Third Class Brandon Caserta. The bill is now headed to President Biden’s desk.

SALEM, Mass. – Today, Representative Seth Moulton (D-MA) announced that the Senate passed the Fiscal Year 2022 National Defense Authorization Act, legislation that authorizes the federal government to spend money on the nation’s defense. The bill includes a number of locally-important measures Moulton has championed as a member of the House Armed Services Committee.

After this week’s oral arguments, it's become increasingly clear that this may no longer be the reality. Abortion rights are more in danger now than they’ve been in a generation.
