WASHINGTON, D.C. — Congressman Seth Moulton (MA‑06) today introduced the FAIR Justice Act, H.R. 7072, legislation to prohibit politically-motivated prosecutions and investigations.
WASHINGTON, D.C. — Congressman Seth Moulton (MA-06) today introduced the Healthcare Reinvestment Act, legislation to rescind the massive influx of Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) funding that was enacted in the so-called One Big Beautiful Bill (OBBB) and redirect those taxpayer dollars to extend the Affordable Care Act (ACA) premium tax credits that millions of families rely on to afford health insurance.
WASHINGTON, D.C. - Congressman Seth Moulton (MA-06) has today joined as a cosponsor of the articles of impeachment filed by Congresswoman Robin Kelly (IL-02) against Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem. So far, 70 Members of Congress have cosponsored the impeachment resolution.
The impeachment resolution contains three articles of impeachment:
