Constituent Success Stories

Serving the people of our district is the most rewarding part of my job. Every day, my team and I work directly with constituents who need help navigating federal agencies, resolving delays, or finding answers when the system feels like it’s working against you.

Whether it’s helping veterans connect with the VA, helping seniors access their Social Security, or securing your overdue tax return, our goal is simple: to make government work for you.

If you live in our district and are facing a challenge with a federal agency, my office is here to help. Please complete a privacy release form here.

Below are some examples of real results that my team has delivered for our constituents.

A constituent from Wakefield was owed a reimbursement from Medicare but could not get answers despite repeated outreach to the agency. Our office intervened with SSA and ensured her reimbursement was finally processed.

"I had received no response from other elected officials. Representative Moulton’s office and you cared enough to listen to me and especially you to follow through. Constituents need to remember our Elected Officials can and should work for the PEOPLE!"

A Lynn constituent contacted our office seeking assistance to expedite his work authorization application due to severe financial hardship. He works full-time as a medical assistant to support himself and his wife, who is a full-time student. Without work authorization, he was struggling to cover essential expenses, including rent, food, utilities, and insurance.

Our office submitted a request to expedite his case, along with his supporting documentation, to USCIS through our congressional channels. USCIS approved the expedited request, and his application was approved just 10 days later.

After seven years without receiving her 2018 amended tax return, a constituent from Topsfield turned to our office for help. By partnering with the Taxpayer Advocate Service, our team was able to secure the release of the funds she was rightfully owed.

A constituent from Wakefield reached out to my office for help obtaining his late father’s World War II military records. Upon receiving these records, the family discovered that he had been awarded several medals that were never issued to him, including the Bronze Star. My office worked to secure the medals he had earned, ensuring they were delivered to his family with the honor and recognition he deserved.
