WASHINGTON, D.C. — The U.S. House of Representatives tonight passed Congressman Seth Moulton's (MA-06) War Powers Resolution, voting 220-204 to reclaim Congress’s authority to end Donald Trump’s war with Iran. The resolution was cosponsored by 14 House Democrats, including 13 Democratic veterans, reflecting deep concern within the ranks of those who have served about a war that Congress never authorized.

WASHINGTON, DC—Today, Congressman Seth Moulton (MA-06) delivered opening remarks at the House Select Committee on China hearing examining human rights in the People’s Republic of China ahead of President Trump’s upcoming summit with Xi Jinping in Washington. The hearing focused on U.S. policy responses to the Chinese government's oppression of Uyghur and Tibetan populations, crackdown on Hong Kong, and broader civil rights restrictions.
