WASHINGTON, D.C. — This afternoon, Congressman Seth Moulton (MA-06), along with Reps. Pat Ryan (NY-18), Mike Thompson (CA-04), Ted Lieu (CA-33), Chrissy Houlahan (PA-06), Chris Deluzio (PA-17), Eugene Vindman (VA-07), Maggie Goodlander (NH-02), Derek Tran (CA-45), Gil Cisneros (CA-31), Jimmy Panetta (CA-19), and Jason Crow (CO-06) held a press conference regarding the illegal military operations in Venezuela and how Congress can assert its authority to decide if and when the United States goes to war.
