Salem, MA. — Today, Representative Seth Moulton announced that Massachusetts’ Sixth District received $27.7 million in payments from the American Rescue Plan’s Child Tax Credit program since it began in March 2021.

“In just about a week, my office has received reports of at least two incidents of racial profiling in the Sixth District. Both incidents were directed at members of our Black community. Lynn, Mass. – Today, Representative Seth Moulton (D-MA) announced that Lynn Community Health Center was awarded $524,964 through a grant from the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA).
These funds will be used to directly help vulnerable populations in the city of Lynn. Through this grant, Lynn Community Health Center will be able to provide medication assisted treatment for recently released incarcerated and homeless individuals.

Salem, Mass. — Today, Representative Seth Moulton announced that the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Federal Transit Administration (FTA) is awarding the Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority (MBTA) with $859.6 million worth of critical funding through the American Rescue Plan. Moulton led a bipartisan effort, with the support of 78 other lawmakers, to include transit relief in the federal response to the pandemic.
