Hello again,
We receive calls for help with federal agencies every day. If you feel frustrated or unheard, we might be able to help.
We work with specially-designated congressional liaisons to get answers. We can't fix every problem, but we can help explain how federal policies apply to you, what options are available, and ensure that you are treated fairly according to U.S. law.

Hey everyone,
If you’re like me, you might find yourself wondering what day it is lately. I can’t believe it is already mid-April and that this is our seventh weekly update since the pandemic began.
It’s easy to lose track of time when you’re spending a lot of it at home, but this week I want to use my letter to say thank you to every one of you who is showing up to work because you are doing an essential job.

By now, you’re probably itching to get outside and back to normal. I certainly am!
You also may have also seen some reports that infection numbers might be nearing a peak in most parts of the country, which is promising news. Social distancing is working. But we are plateauing at a pretty high level.
I hope you and your family are doing well. We are entering a critical period that will determine whether or not we are able to flatten the curve of the virus’ spread in Massachusetts. I had a call with my Coronavirus Advisory Team on Wednesday where we received an update from New York City, the current epicenter of the crisis and a potential window into our future if we fail to get the virus under control. The view was pretty dire. There was one message that every one of the experts on the call wanted me to pass on and it’s this: Stay home. Stay home. Stay home.
I hope you are hanging in there at the end of another tough week. As you may have heard, we are dealing with some mild symptoms consistent with COVID-19 in the Moulton household, so our doctors have ordered us to stay home. We’re doing fine, but it means that I wasn’t able to travel to D.C.
