Today, Congressmen Seth Moulton (D-MA) and Ryan Zinke (R-MT) introduced bipartisan legislation to authorize a national memorial dedicated to those who have fought in the Global War on Terror (GWOT) following the September 11th terrorist attacks. This week marks the 15-year anniversary of the attack and thus the beginning of the war. Under current law, Congress would have to wait ten years after a war is over to create a memorial.

Washington, D.C. – Today, the Office of Congressman Seth Moulton (D-MA) announced that a $157,189 grant from the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has been awarded to the Newbury Fire Department. The Staffing for Adequate Fire & Emergency Response (SAFER) grant will allow for the department to make updates to their communications equipment.
