Salem, MA– Next week, Congressman Seth Moulton (D-MA) will address the New England Council in a speech focused on the need to improve the Commonwealth’s transportation infrastructure.

Moulton will talk about economic development in the region and the need to bring innovative transportation infrastructure to the Sixth District and the state through the North South Rail Link. Following his remarks, he will take questions from area business leaders.
