WASHINGTON, D.C. - Today, Representatives Seth Moulton (D-MA) and Dave Brat (R-VA) introduced the bipartisan Statutes at Large Modernization Act, H.R. 1729. Moulton's legislation will require the U.S. Statutes at Large to be placed online in a digital and searchable format, just like the U.S. Code.
