WASHINGTON, D.C. - Congressman Seth Moulton (MA-06) has today joined as a cosponsor of the articles of impeachment filed by Congresswoman Robin Kelly (IL-02) against Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem. So far, 70 Members of Congress have cosponsored the impeachment resolution.
The impeachment resolution contains three articles of impeachment:

Pat Ryan (NY-18), Mike Thompson (CA-04), Ted Lieu (CA-33), Chrissy Houlahan (PA-06), Chris Deluzio (PA-17), Eugene Vindman (VA-07), Maggie Goodlander (NH-02), Derek Tran (CA-45), Gil Cisneros (CA-31), Jimmy Panetta (CA-19), and Jason Crow (CO-06) held a press conference regarding the illegal military operations in Venezuela and how Congress can assert its authority to decide if and when the United States goes to war.
SALEM, MA - Last week, Congressman Moulton voted to pass the bipartisan, bicameral Fiscal Year 2026 National Defense Authorization Act. The bill includes over 20 provisions championed by Congressman Moulton, including key provisions to provide robust oversight of the Defense Department, add guardrails to prevent the politicization of the military, overhaul the defense acquisition system to make it more efficient, and reinforce America’s commitment to our allies.
