Moulton introduced the legislation with Congresswoman Cathy McMorris Rodgers (R-WA) and Senators Joni Ernst (R-IA) and Amy Klobuchar (D-MN) to improve access to veteran health care. The bill passed the Senate by unanimous vote last Saturday.
WASHINGTON, D.C. – The U.S. House of Representatives passed legislation yesterday that approves the relocation of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers’ New England (USACE NE) Headquarters to Hanscom Air Force Base. The legislation was included as part of the Water Infrastructure Improvements for the Nation Act (WIIN Act).
