The Equifax Breach

I’m deeply concerned about the massive data breach at the credit reporting service Equifax, and the company’s inadequate response. The attack has exposed the sensitive information of millions of Americans, including many here in the Sixth District. Please be assured that my office is working closely with the appropriate State and Federal authorities to determine what can be done to protect those affected while preventing similar data attacks in the future.
