Rep. Moulton Participates in House Armed Services Committee Hearing on FY2023 Defense Budget

At a House Armed Services full committee hearing on FY2023 defense budget requests, Congressman Moulton questioned Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin and Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Mark Milley on defense innovation priorities, how the Pentagon is adapting to confront threats from China and Russia, and the lessons learned from Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
