Moulton Statement on SCOTUS Overruling of Chevron Doctrine

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today Congressman Seth Moulton issued the following statement in reaction to the Supreme Court's decision overrule the Chevron doctrine:

"Donald Trump’s Supreme Court believes there is no rule too small to interfere with. Until today, the courts and Congress have allowed experts and scientists across our government to set up guardrails that help keep our environment clean and our economy working. Now, the radical conservatives on the Court are determined to either micromanage or eliminate the core responsibilities of our government agencies. With this ruling, the Court has anointed itself regulator-in-chief."
