Moulton Receives Equal Rights Champion Award

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Today, Congressman Seth Moulton (MA-06) received the Equal Rights Champion Award in recognition of his steadfast leadership and co-sponsorship of H.J. Res. 80 to codify the Equal Rights Amendment (ERA).

The award was presented by the ERA Coalition alongside partner organizations ERA NOW, the National Organization for Women (NOW), and the Feminist Majority.

“I’m honored to receive this award, but more importantly, I’m proud to stand with you in this fight,” said Congressman Moulton. “For too long, the Equal Rights Amendment has been treated like a finished chapter of history or a ‘nice to have’ symbolic gesture. But as we all know, equality isn’t a suggestion—it’s a necessity that must be solidified in our Constitution.”
