The Salem News: Moulton Joins Democrats at Sit-In Demanding Vote on Gun Reform

More than 50 Democrats – including Salem Congressman Seth Moulton – staged a sit-in on the floor of the House of Representatives on Wednesday to demand a vote on gun control bills. Moulton, a four-tour Marine Corps Iraq War veteran representing the 6^th District, has been outspoken about the lack of action in Congress concerning what he calls common-sense gun reforms. "Inspiring to be with so many Members of Congress at a sit-in on the House Floor demanding action on gun violence," tweeted Moulton around 1:30 p.m. Wednesday.
