Rep. Moulton Discusses Situation in Ukraine with MSNBC and FOX News

On April 29th, Congressman Moulton joined MSNBC's Andrea Mitchell Reports to discuss the recent proposal by President Biden to liquidate seized assets of Russian oligarchs and donate the funds to Ukraine. Congressman Moulton's Yachts for Ukraine legislation also calls for the transfer of seized assets to support Ukraine's humanitarian and rebuilding efforts.
